Johns Creek Wants To Support Art Organizations

The city is seeking applications for grants that would support established nonprofit arts organizations in the city.

The city of Johns Creek is seeking applications for its grant designed to support established nonprofit arts organizations in the city. 

The Johns Creek City Council has set aside $30,000 in the fiscal year 2014 budget. The initiative is designed to encourage residents to participate in the programs while supporting growth of those programs.

Awards will be capped at $15,000 per application and the city is under no obligation to award funds.

Fund applicants must be a 501(c)3 arts organization, located in the city of Johns Creek, serving Johns Creek citizens. Applicant must have three (3) years 501(c)3 status.

All applications are due to the city clerk at 12000 Findley Road, Suite 400 Johns Creek, Georgia on or before 5 p.m. July 31, 2014.
