Lisa Slater owner of Lisa’s Everyday Indulgence is dedicated to transforming passion about food into healthy affordable gourmet meals that you can indulge in everyday! Using the best all natural, organic, sustainable, locally grown and locally made products helps support the local economy while providing a local service.

In her senior year Lisa traveled overseas for the first time as a Rotary International Exchange Student to New Zealand. Meeting other students from all over the world forever changed how she looks at food.  Coming from Nebraska and traveling overseas for the first time Lisa experienced the culinary world opening up to her. Her first real experience with wine and cheese was in New Zealand. As her passion for food developed during her traveling continued when she moved to Boston and then joined the Marine Corps. During her time in the Marine Corps she was stationed on Okinawa. Living there for 7 years and this is where she began to really perfect her cooking. Opening her home to families far from their homes every holiday became large neighborhood gatherings. After leaving the Marine Corps she continued to live in Okinawa teaching cooking classes in her home while being a stay at home Mom.

Lisa now share’s her 23 years of culinary passion and experience in her dishes brought to you for any occasion. Lisa is available for any type of gathering from an intimate setting to a large wedding and everything in between. Lisa’s cooking incorporates the client’s dietary needs turning them into their culinary desires.  Menus are limited only by the clients and Chef Lisa’s imagination.
