Hooch Head Coach Leaving to Work in Cherokee
Terry Crowder accepts position as head football coach at Creekview.
Chattahoochee High School's Head Football Coach Terry Crowder, who led the Cougars to a state championship in 2010, has accepted a position at Creekview High School in Cherokee County. According to a press release issued by Cherokee County Schools, the school board at its Thursday meeting unanimously approved hiring Crowder. He will begin work at Creekview on Feb. 20. “Coach Crowder brings a great deal of experience to a great football program,” Creekview Principal Dr. Adrian Thomason said in the news release. “After speaking with [Chattahoochee Principal Tim Duncan], I am convinced that Coach Crowder will be an excellent role model and will lead our students by example.” Coach Crowder’s football coaching career includes serving as head …
