Good news for Fulton County water and sewer customers: Fulton County voted to cut water and sewer rates by 4 percent starting Feb. 1. It's not a lot of money, but it will be savings. The Fulton County Board of Commissioners voted at their Dec. 19 meeting to cut the rates through approval of the 2013 water & sewer budget.
