Store's PetsHotel wins Johns Creek Patch poll.
The summer travel season is here, so for this week's Readers' Choice poll we asked readers the best place to board pets in Johns Creek. With 30 percent of the vote, PetSmart's PetsHotel on Peachtree Parkway won first place. Coming in second place was Unleashed Doggy Daycare at the corner of State Bridge and Jones Bridge roads.

Johns Creek Patch readers choose Italian eatery as best spot for Mother's Day brunch.
With 59 percent of the vote, RosaMia, described as an "Italian gem" by our food blogger, has been voted Best Mother's Day Brunch by Johns Creek Patch readers. Owned by two women of Italian descent – Rosa, from South Africa, and Maria, from Brooklyn, NY, the menu contains daily selections as well as signature dishes. Said one Johns Creek Patch voter, "Not only is RosaMia'a food authenic and always excellent, they are also very supportive of the Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra and other arts in Johns Creek." The restaurant also has a drive-up window to pick up "to go" orders. The family-owned and operated North Point Florist is Johns Creek Patch's Readers' Choice winner for best florist with 62 percent of the vote. North Point Florist is located at 8465 Holcomb Bridge Road in Johns Creek, and besides floral arrangements also sells gourmet food and fruit baskets as well as candles. Customers can drop by the shop or give them a call to place an order, and also order from the website. The florist is a member of the Telaflora network.
