Johns Creek Police Blotter: New Year's DUIs
Here are some arrests and incidents recently reported by Johns Creek police. None of the persons named have been convicted of a crime.
DUIs: Chad Joseph Krutz,32, of Roswell, was arrested for DUI on Barnwell Road on Jan. 1. John Michael Foy, 37, of Alpharetta, was arrested for DUI on Redcoat Way on Jan. 1. Incidents/arrests: On Dec. 31 officers responded to reports of a loud party with suspected underage drinking in the area of Mortons Crossing Road and Tanners Spring Drive. One 18-year-old male from Johns Creek was arrested for marijuana possession; two 18-year-old females from Alpharetta and Duluth were arrested for possession of alcohol by a minor; and an 18-year-old female and a 20-year-old female from Alpharetta were given Drinking Diversion program citations for Feb. 16 in the Johns Creek Municipal Court.
