I will not do business with this location or any Tires Plus(TP) again. I needed 2 tires for my car and decide to go with TP on Johns Creek Pkwy. I got a decent quote online and made the appointment for the tires and an oil change. I was given my final cost before the service began and it seemed a lot more than my online quote. When I asked about the increase, the guy explained that tax was added and that online quotes do not add tax. Understand that, no problem. As I walked away I realized the increase was $50 and that it still didn't make sense. So, I went back to the counter and asked to see a breakdown of the charges. At that time, he mentioned the OPTIONAL road hazard charge of $30. He should have told me about the OPTIONAL charge and allowed me the opportunity to OPT out of it. Instead, he charged me for it and I guess he didn't think I would question it. After I questioned the charges, he gave me a coupon that brought down the cost of the road hazard. I no longer trust those guys, will not return with my business and will make sure my friends and family know about this experience.
