The Atlanta Athletic Club

The Atlanta Athletic Club is a prestigious and historic country club that has been in the Metro Atlanta area for more than a century. It moved to its current location on Medlock Bridge Road in 1960 and has since hosted a number of national amateur and professional tournaments. It is the site of the 2011 PGA Championship, the fourth major of the PGA Tournament schedule.
The club features two 18-hole championship golf courses, a nine-hole, par-three course, tennis courts, swimming pool, restaurant and plenty of meeting space. The golf course is the centerpiece of the community.
