I don't know where to start. This is the worst hair salon in town. Bad costumer service, rude employees, unexperienced stylist. The worst. I was here a couple weeks ago, the owner Homa, she is the most unprofessional person I have ever seen, she is taking her own business down, she doesn't care about her costumer she is all about the money. First of all their services are way over priced and they're not even worth it. I heard they fired a stylist that was renting because she had more costumers and was making more money than they were. How selfish. I could go on about how unhappy and disappointed I was but to make it short, do not ever go in this place you will only be wasting your time and money.

Although rarely disappointed in Groupons, I wish I had passed on this. This was the worst experience ever...I mean ever. Homa, the owner, was more interested in "catching" walk-ins than paying attention to appointments. She bruised my head, literally hitting me in the head with the brush, never checked my color before washing it out, burned me with a hair dryer that could broil steak, never gave me the included deep-conditioning, then had the gall to charge me an extra $40 for "something". That was the good part. She took a men's hair clipper to me near the end and gave me a reverse mohawk....and 6 weeks later my hair hasn't grown out enough in the center to have it "fixed" by someone who knows how to cut hair.
I wish I could do more than just warn people on sites like this; she shouldn't have a license. And I never write reviews, good or bad, this is my first. It needed to be done.
The staff here is very rude. When I walked in I was not greeted by anyone, but all the stylists did stop to look at me and then go back to what they were doing.
After someone finally asked what I was there for I told them I had a groupon and an appointment. I was immediately told I would have to pay $30-$40 extra because I had long hair. When I asked how much exactly he told me "I dont know, we will see"
Then when I sat down he started to pull at my hair and told me how damaged it was and that I should not have gone as long between highlights. He also told me he could not guarantee that the highlights would look good with my natural color ( I have medium blonde hair).
After looking over my groupon and pulling at my hair he then told me he would not feel comfortable putting highlights in my hair and he would need to cut at least 6" to ensure my hair would not break off if he did highlight.
It has only been three months since my last cut and highlight. And while my hair is slightly damaged from straightening it, it is not in the total disrepair he made it out to be (which is why I bought the conditioning treatment, highlight, and cut option). After being humiliated enough I took the groupon back and left the salon. I had never been treated with such rudeness before and left the salon in tears. I am now out $65 for the groupon and will never go back. I hope if you are reading this you choose to take your business elsewhere.
I went to the salon with a groupon deal that cost me $69.99 for a highlight, cut, and blowdry. the owner, homa, took "care" of me. THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO!! When she saw me, immediately she said that it was going to cost $50 extra because I have long hair. My hair was only about 1" below my shoulder! After I declined, she actually yanked my hair back into a ponytail and started to chop it. when i asked to her to slow down, it was choppy and uneven, she just ignored me. when she started to do the foil, she actually left the salon for almost 15 minutes. no explanations were given! i had about 5 highlights put in and that was it. the roots were not even colored. I wanted to say something to her about the foils and the horrible cut, but was scared she would do more damage. I was in shock that I was being treated so badly and I actually went home to trim my own hair. she took way too much length off and it was uneven. she obviously wanted more money from me, and after this experience, i will report her to every agency and blog i know of.
I have unruly, curly, heat-damaged hair and I have been trusting Homa for years. She has never given me a hairstyle I didn't like and she shows true expertise in all things hair-related. I don't trust anyone else to touch my hair with scissors (I don't even trim my own bangs). She offers fair prices and flexible styles, as well as great company. Trust Homa and you won't be sorry.

miss. laurie from what i have understood the employee that was renting was steeling from the owner miss. Homa and also tried to get one of her employees to pocket money on a service that she did while miss. Homa was not there. they gave misty plenty of chances to correct her ways but at the end she could not be Honest with the owner and the other employees. one time when i was there Mistys client left the salon crying to the point that Miss. Homa ran after the young lady and calmed her down and told the young lady that she would fix what Miss. Misty had done to the young ladies hair. as far as i know Miss homa and her staff are very professional and very nice, helpful towards all of their clients and if ever a client is not satisfied they will do all that they can to accommodate there needs. i have been going to Miss. Homa for 13 years and her son also does my daughter and sons hair. the salon is a very friendly and family oriented which you do not see these days i recommend this salon and staff to everyone i know Thank u Miss. homa for all your wonderful work you have done for me . miss. karen
