Johns Creek Boot Camp by Hard Exercise Works offers individuals in Johns Creek and the surrounding communities five-week fitness boot camps. The boot camps consist of 30-minute classes once a day, six days a week. The fitness techniques used during the classes are all Navy Seal proven methods that help clients lose weight, lose inches and increase strength. Each class is unique so clients don't get bored and can take place indoors or outdoors. Nutritional consulting is also available.
