Doctors and nurses were fine. That being said, business office staff, not so much! Talked to Sally in the business office the week before my skin cancer surgery. She actually YELLED at me. Not once but at least twice: "I never called her back" (I was the one who actually initiated the change in my insurance & changed my appt from end of June to last of Aug. in order to give them time to get pre-cert; then called back the first of Aug to insure everything was in order; the first time I ever heard anything back from the billing office was the week before my surgery); "my insurance made her wait on hold forever" (um, I work in a pharmacy & call insurances every day, so you're "preaching to the choir," lady; it's my/your job); "you have to pay $800 up front or you cannot have the surgery" (this was an hour before my appt.); (my question: will I get a bill for the remaining amount) "no, you have to call us back or your account will go to a creditor" (my surgery was the end of Aug. at which time I made a payment; I called the first of Oct.& was told I would be billed. Perhaps the front office should communicate w/ their billing office. It is now the first of Nov. & I still haven't received anything). Run, do not walk, to another dermatology office!

Waiting room is freezing. I waited more than 20 minutes past my appointment time to be acknowledged. Waited a total of 45 minutes before being called back. You pay your deductible then wait some more. Not a fan of the front office staff. Having worked in this capacity myself, I understand the challenges of this occupation. The doctor and assistant were fine.

bad altitude, treat patient unpatiently from doctor (Dr Spitzler) to nurse, they are not helping patients but making money. The clerk who is responsible for medicine is bad, she always complains busy, never gets the job down. They always prescribe expensive drugs.
Don't go there.
