Please read all factual review,, and by all means, DO NOT consider Aylesbury Farms Apartments. Don't be fooled by the model home and amenities. It will seem nice from the outer appearance (from the walk to the model home), but talk with some of the residents, and you will see and hear that this is NOT A PLACE for you to live! Only if you're very desperate. Consider this a VERY LAST option. Management (DL & HR) are worthless, and desperately needs replacing. The owner (R in IL) knows of the hundreds of complaints, negative reviews from various web sites (ApartmentRatings.com and others), recent murders of the 4 residents, continued problems with rats and roaches, mail/trash that is taken out of the trash receptacle and placed in public places for other residents to go through, grounds that are muddy and not walk able/usable, structures/buildings that are falling apart (rotting) and extremely dirty, and he (R) and onsite mgt (DL & HR) continues to do nothing. Cars getting keyed, non-functioning gates (that only worked during the recent murders_ to keep media out), no parking, little to no painted parking lines, kids and adults using drugs around the pools/amenities (some being caught by authorities_ do the research), 2 to 3 families living in one unit (a lot of this), businesses being operated out of units, current lawsuits brought against Aylesbury Farms Apartments and additional people coming forward to start/add to a class action, and MANY other issues. LOOK ELSEWHERE

Do NOT rent from these scam artists!! The actual apartment looks nothing like the model or photos. The apartment I was given was filthy and disgusting. It has a MAJOR bug infestation. I told them about this and they sent someone to spray for bugs... while my wife and I were sleeping. My wife is pregnant and they are spraying pesticides and not waking us up to notify us! The apt smelled like dog piss and had something in the ducts because every time the air conditioner kicked on our eyes burned and we had bad coughing fits. I was forced to leave due to serious health concerns especially given the way they disregarded the safety and health of my pregnant wife. And this was all after they already did a bait and switch with the nice model unit making you think they are actually modern, luxury apartments. They are NOT. The actual apartments are old, gross, dated and dirty. Even though I paid the deposit and signed an intent to lease 2 months prior to move in, they called me 3 DAYS before move-in date and asked me to wait a week before move in. I gave them ONE extra day since I already had movers and gave notice at my previous apartment. I left one week after moving in costing me nearly $2,000 in damages and fees by their negligent and illegal actions. Don't even go here to look. They are unethical and will say anything to get you to sign a lease. They straight lie to your face and don't care.
