Tuesday, Dec. 10: Fulton Board of Education Community Meeting at Taylor Road Middle School - Linda McCain, District 5 has scheduled a meeting at Taylor Road Middle School. The sessions provide an opportunity for direct contact with community members and give board members a chance to listen to local issues and concerns.

Tuesday, Dec. 10: Johns Creek PD Offers Defense Awareness Class For Women - Sgt. Debbie Kalish and Sgt. Ben Finley are offering a Safety and Self-Defense class for women to teach situational awareness and self-defense. Space is limited, registration required. Tuesday, Dec. 10: Free Course for New Teen Drivers - The Johns Creek Police Department is offering a free two-hour course designed to help parents and their new teen drivers, ages 14-16, learn what they need to do during the 40 hours of supervised practice driving time. Wednesday, Dec. 11: Johns Creek Veterans Association Holiday Celebration - The JCVA is holding a holiday celebration at Park Place. Families are welcome.

Friday, Saturday, Dec. 13, 14: "The Nutcracker" Comes to Johns Creek - Perimeter Church’s Academy of the Arts presents the special 70 minute classic, “The Nutcracker” in the church’s sanctuary. Tickets are available online. Click on link in listing for ticket information.
