WillStock to Rock for a Cause on Sept. 8

Music festival at Northview to feature kid bands.

The Will to Live Foundation will continue its mission of preventing suicide and spreading friendship among teens with its annual "WillStock" music festival on Sept. 8 at .

Johns Creek residents John and Susie Trautwein formed the non-profit Will To Live Foundation to help spread awareness of suicide after their son, .

The festival will feature 17 kid bands. "Of all the wonderful things the Will To Live Foundation participates in, none really compare with WillStock," said John Trautwein on the foundation's website." Totally for and by the kids, this event brings out the 'Life Teammate' in all of us. Simply a wonderful positive way to help improve the awareness of teen suicide in our community."

The festival is Saturday, Sept. 8, from 6 to 10 p.m. at Northview High School. Admission is $20 and includes a free T-shirt.
