Run for Education at Sept. 8 Event

North Fulton Community Charities and The Cottage School will host their sixth annual “Rise ‘N Run” 5K/1K race event to support programs and other services provided by NFCC and TCS.

This family fun-style race will take place at Hembree Springs Elementary (815 Hembree Road, Roswell, GA 30076) on Saturday, Sept. 8. Registration begins at 6:30 a.m., with the race beginning at 7:30. This "friendly" route is convenient for old or new, trained or tired, speedy or leisurely walkers or runners. Kids are encouraged to join for the first kilometer, which finishes in the park playground. Childcare will be provided as parents continue with the 5K.
