Orange Female Cat Would Make Great Companion

Female cat is loaded with personality.

Cinnamon is a flame-orange female adult cat, who is about 2 1/2 years old, and who was returned to Angels Among Us Pet Rescue after her owner went to graduate school and was no longer able to take care of her.

It is unusual to find an orange female cat (85 percent of orange cats are male). Cinnamon is loaded with personality, and is a great companion cat. She is super friendly, and will follow you around the house. In fact, in some ways she seems like a little dog. She will stand on her hind legs and stare into your eyes, and then give you a kiss on the tip of your nose. She has some interesting quirks, such as talking to you very loudly until you turn on the water in your sink so that she can drink out of the faucet.

Like most kitties (and humans!), Cinnamon is not perfect. When she gets anxious about something new or scarey, she will growl a bit and may even swat out at you...but will not actually try to hurt you. She really doesn't like other cats, and we think would do best as the only cat in her new home. She is fine with a well-behaved dog.
