Missy Needs a Home to Share Her Love

Meet Missy, a pit bull mix from Angels Among Us Pet Rescue. The group named her Missy because the breed is so misunderstood — she is the sweetest dog and so well behaved. She is being fostered by one of the group’s founders.

Missy is very affectionate. She loves to cuddle, and any open lap is fair game. Missy gives lots of kisses and always has a smile on her face.

She gets along great with other dogs, is very friendly and wants to say hello to everyone — with tail wagging. She will fetch a tennis ball and loves to play tug-of-war with Amazing Yargo, her foster buddy. They are both wonderful dogs who love each other and, although not required, it would be great if they could be adopted together.

Missy is house trained and crate trained. She is quiet, calm and likes to hang out on her doggie bed with a rawhide bone. Outside she does great on or off a leash. She is quick to relieve herself when she is taken out, and she comes quickly when she is called. She enjoys catching rays on a nice day.
