Pisgah Girls Soccer Ranked No. 8

Lady Patriots are 4-2.

The Mount Pisgah Christian School girl’s soccer team is ranked No. 8 in this week’s Class A coaches poll. The Patriots are 4-2, with all of their games coming in Region 4-A play.

“What is so exciting about their accomplishment is that we are such a young team with eight freshmen starters and a compliment of older players who have persevered over the last four years to grow this program,” said head coach Andy Trevers. “It is an honor and privilege that these young women have been given this reward. We are so grateful to how God continues to bless this program.”

The Lady Patriots' only two losses have come to No. 3 Paideia and No. 6 Wesleyan. The team is in fourth place in arguably the toughest region in class A. In addition to ranked teams Pisgah, Paideia and Wesleyan, Fellowship is also ranked No. 1 in the state.
