Patchwork Farm Public Riding Academy

All students are grounded in basic dressage or flat work (walk, trot, canter) with the goal of learning to jump. Safety is a major consideration at Patchwork Farm

Riders who do not own their own horse are mounted on experienced, proven school horses, several of whom are gently retired show horses. Our riding academy is geared toward the beginner or novice rider.

We believe that riding provides a unique opportunity for children to learn about responsibility, self reliance, compassion and goal setting. It has been our experience that our top riders are also the best achievers in school. Several of our students have received riding and academic scholarships to major universities.
