Chair Yoga
This is a 45-minute yoga class performed entirely in the chair. As a participant you perform various exercises, modified from a standard yoga class. This class is perfect for beginners and/or people with limited mobility and agility. Benefits of chair yoga are increased flexibility, respiratory and cardiovascular function, cognitive function, and also relief of anxiety, stress, and depression.
Program Fee: $200 for the 8-week session (classes begin the week of Aug. 22)
