The Fulton County Board of Education will meet June 28 via teleconference for a called board meeting. Among other items, the board will discuss and adopt millage rates for FY 2013.
All meetings of the school board are open to the public unless designated as executive session where, by law, the board must convene in private to discuss land, legal or personnel items. Any vote resulting from executive session discussion, however, will occur in an open public setting.
The teleconference will begin at 10 a.m. in the superintendent’s conference room at the school system’s Administrative Center, located at 786 Cleveland Avenue SW in Atlanta.
The Fulco School Board already has a pot-full-of-money to spend with the bloated, massive, $1Billion E-SPLOST to spend. And via property taxes, well over 50% of the tax bill are for schools! I realize these are different budgets--but these tin ears need to hear this! ENOUGH! ENOUGH! ENOUGH!! NO NEW TAXES! Taxed ENOUGH Already!
