fourth-grade students found that rain or shine the topic of weather is an interesting one. In conjunction with the fourth-grade study of meotorology, weather stations, predictions and forecasts, 11 Alive’s (WXIA) meterologist Chesley McNeil made a special visit to the school.
McNeil presented the students with a web-based program about the weather and an especially exciting broadcast of the noon weather report. The report was filmed from the Barnwell Elementary courtyard.
