Rashon Dumas has signed a national letter of intent to play basketball at Georgia Highlands College in Rome. Dumas will join Georgia Highlands for the first year of its basketball program. A three-year varsity letterman, he won Most Improved Basketball Player for the 2011-2012 season, helping the Cougars win the Region 7-AAAA championship. Dumas participated in the Cougar to Cougar mentoring program and volunteers his time with the local Atlanta Mission. He plans to major in journalism.
