Hooch Grad Receives Naval Appointment

Nicholas Neighbors, a 2011 graduate, was recently offered and has accepted an appointment to the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, for the class of 2016. 

Neighbors is currently a freshman at Mercer University in Macon. Sen. Johnny Isakson nominated Neighbors as his principal nominee for the class of 2016.  

Neighbors, the son of Melissa and Tim Neighbors of Johns Creek and Cumming, will begin his Plebe summer at Induction Day, June 28, and plans to major in mathematics at the Academy.
