The schedule is as follows: (all classes are 6:30-7:30 pm and will feature a cooking demo)

Monday, June 6, 2011-Outdoor Entertaining
Chef Lynn will teach you how to prepare the perfect buffet for outdoor entertaining, picnics, or concerts where you will be the envy of all of your guests.

Monday, June 20, 2011-Grilling and Barbecuing
Learn proper techniques for grilling and barbecuing using both direct and indirect heat while also learning how to how to create juicy, tender, flavorful cuts of meat and perfectly grilled fruits and vegetables.

Monday, June 27, 2011-Farm to Table
Chef Lynn will show you how to select and utilize fresh local ingredients to create a wonderful summer meal.

Join us for one, two, or all 3 classes. They promise to be fun and informative!
