Southern Comfort Cooking Class
Remember that comfort level that you felt in your grandma's kitchen as you watched her cook. Then later in years you would ask how to make that particular dish. The answer was always a little of this and a little of that, never any measured amounts. That is why today southern recipes are difficult to write because many good southern cooks use look, feel, taste, and experience rather than a rigid recipe to perform their magic in the kitchen. Come to the Apron's Cooking School kitchen to find a few of those recipes that someone was able to interpret.
