Author Jeffrey Stepakoff teaches "Workshop Your Story Ideas"

Jeffrey Stepakoff, author of "Fireworks Over Toccoa" and former Hollywood writer/producer and Assistant Professor of Screen & Script Writing, Department of English Kennesaw State University, will teach an introduction to the basic principals of classic story development and design.

Using examples from film, television and fiction, he'll examine beats and story progression, forms and genres, the nature of character, exposition and inciting incident, conflict and antagonism, complication, climax and resolution.

He and participants will consider how to apply these fundamentals to ideas in various states of development in order to craft masterful stories.
