Application Deadline for Johns Creek Citizens Police Academy

The next class of the Johns Creek Citizens Police Academy starts Feb. 1, giving Johns Creek residents an opportunity for an up-close look at how their police department does its job.

The nine-week course provides an in-depth look at JCPD operations, how it is organized and what policies it follows in setting a high standard for community policing.

Open to all Johns Creek residents ages 21 and older who successfully pass the application process and a criminal history check, the JC Citizens Police Academy is limited to 25 people.

Download the application and criminal history forms here or get them at JCPD Headquarters, 11445 Johns Creek Parkway. Both forms must be submitted by Jan. 25.
