Classes Cancelled Tuesday For Fulton County School Students

All public schools in Johns Creek are closed due to extreme cold temperatures.

Johns Creek Public School students, get ready for another day of winter break.

Fulton County school leaders announced Monday afternoon that classes are cancelled for Tuesday. 

The statement on the school's website reads:

"All Fulton County schools will be closed for students on Tuesday, January 7, due to extreme cold temperatures in the Atlanta area. Extracurricular events such as athletics practices, clubs, and field trips are also cancelled. 

All Fulton County school and central office employees scheduled to work on Tuesday should report no later than 10 a.m. Bus drivers, school nutrition workers and production chefs do not need to report."
