CHS Girls' JV Lacrosse Off to Great Season

Head Coach Terry Vuolo and Assistant Coach Kim Schreier have led the Girls' JV Lacrosse team to a strong season start with three consecutive game wins so far.

Attacker Shelby Avil has dominated with eight goals, followed by Taylor Sperry with four goals and Abbie Brubaker and Abbey Chakalos with three goals each. Leah Ehler, Caitlin Helsly and Amelia Beaudry have each scored two goals. Adding to the total of 26 goals scored are Olivia Crump and Cassidy Chakroun, each with one goal. Goalies Kaley Weir and Taylor Martin have blocked all but 10 goals so far this season.

The "D" squad includes defenders Gina Grecco, Emily Crowley, Aspen Duncan, Payton Sullivan, Rachael Rice and Bianca Russo. Team captains Leah Ehler and Rachel Ostapower encourage the players with the team's motto "Go Hooch! Go H.A.R.D!"
