Food Stored on Floor, in Open Cans, Rust & Mold in North Fulton Restaurant Inspections

  • No handwashing sign provided at a handsink used by food employees.  Repeat Violation.
  • In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of potentially hazardous food and the container.  New Violation.
  • Observed presetting of unwrapped silverware.  New Violation.
  • Observed rusted reach-in cooler shelves.
  • Observed soiled reach-in cooler gaskets. (mold build-up on walk-in cooler gaskets)  New Violation.
  • Observed floor lined with cardboard in walk-in cooler.  New Violation.
