Wedding Favors Becoming More Creative
Wedding favors run the gamut from matches to wine corks. Here are some suggestions that will leave your guests begging for more.
I am thrilled to see the newest trends in wedding favors. Brides and grooms are getting very creative with the things they are giving to their guests. Some of my favorites include homemade jams, salsa and themed cookies, including fortune cookies. Check out Emily G's Jams and Remember Alamo Salsa, both made here locally in Georgia. Fortunately Yours is a company that creates personalized fortune cookies that are sure to be a hit with all ages!
Candy stations were popular for 2010 but we have seen a shift to dessert displays. This is a buffet of delicious desserts and cupcakes in lieu of the traditional wedding cake. Another cool idea is the "breakfast to go" trend. An array of donuts and pastries are set up bakery style and guests fill up a take-out box with their choice of goodies.
Please share any cool ideas you have seen at recent weddings.
