Hausmann v. Ferdinand, Case # 2103CV231746

Ferdinand ends up in Superior Court for his harassment of County Commissioner.

 Hausmann v. Ferdinand, Case # 2103CV231746

Tax Commissioner Ferdinand has a very long history of retaliating against his critics by using his lien power to slap a lien on someone who complains, the smallest was for $21 and people who find they suddenly have a lien put on have claimed that they never received any notice of deficiency before the lien was sold at a tax sale. Usually to Vesta who Ferdinand has a very long history with. This has all appeared in various press reports which are online at: http://isarthurferdinandacrook.blogspot.com/

Also you might wonder about why the AJC is so big on doing stories about Ferdinand. The AJC is the largest of the Cox newspapers and Cox has been liened quite often by Ferdinand's Tax Office. I don't know which party started the squabble (Cox and Ferdinand) but it has been going on for years.

If Ferdinand finds even a minor arrerage on any Cox property he slaps a Tax Lien on it and it is sold in 30 days so Cox has to pay Vesta to get the lien paid.

This is just the way Ferdinand thinks. You go up against him, either as an individual, a County Commissioner or even as a newspaper, then you are on his enemies list and he will wait in the bushes until he can jump out and lien your property or cancel your vehicle registration.

Guy needs a good beat down and perhaps this action by Liz Hausmann will do it for Ferdinand. It is an ethics issue and it is something that the Governor will have to decide when the complaints reach him, otherwise Ferdinand will be in office another 3 years, but with all his baggage even so, it will be his last term so he better enjoy riding around in his top of the line Ford Explorer Limited Edition.
