Know Before You Go: Restaurant Inspection Scores

From the Fulton County Department of Health and Wellness, here are the results of some recent area restaurant inspections. Code violations are included for scores below B.

Violations: No soap located at handwashing sink; dishes stored in handwashing sink; uncovered food in holding unit/dry storage area; potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees; no consistant date-marking procedure; employee with no hair restraint; no handwashing sign provided at a handsink used by food employees; food service license not properly displayed; no copy of latest inspection report; soiled reach-in cooler shelves; buildup of soiled material on racks in the reach-in cooler; soiled reach-in cooler gaskets; hot water not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink; hot water supply not maintained during peak periods.
