Each year, the Fulton County Board of Tax Assessors is required to review the assessed value for property tax purposes of taxable property in the county.

When the trend of prices on properties that have recently sold in the county indicates there has been an increase in the fair market value of any specific property, the board is required by law to reassess the value of the property and increase the assessment — known as a reassessment.

The five-year history of the city's tax digest and millage rate levy is attached in .PDF format.
