Johns Creek Arts Festival Debuts Oct. 27-28

Two-day event to be held on Atlanta Athletic Club fields.

More than 100 artists will be showcased at the first Johns Creek Arts Festival Oct. 27-28 on the historic fields in Johns Creek.

Bring your family and friends to enjoy art in all mediums, entertainment, food and children’s games. On Saturday night an outdoor concert featuring the Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra (JCSO) is set for 7 p.m., followed by fireworks. The Johns Creek Foundation provided a grant to the JCSO to perform at the festival.

Be sure to dress up your pet for the Pet Parade (Oct. 27, noon) and children age zero to fifth grade can enter the Children’s Costume Parade (Oct. 28, 11 a.m.).

The free festival will be held Saturday, Oct. 27, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (7 p.m.  Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra Concert) and Sunday, Oct. 28, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. A complete entertainment schedule will be forthcoming.

The Atlanta Athletic Club fields are directly across from the Club at 1390 Bobby Jones Drive, Johns Creek.
