Closer to home, Bodker has become the subject of an investigation initiated by the Johns Creek City Council for unspecified actions. He told WSB TV that the investigation stems from tension over a proposed pedestrian bridge and may be politically motivated as he is up for election this year. The city council has been instructed to not address the media regarding the investigation.
