UPDATE: 2nd Person Identified in Fatal Crash

Two people were killed early Friday morning in a head-on collision on Old Alpharetta Road near Windhaven Drive, just north of McGinnis Ferry Road, in South Forsyth County, authorities said.

Samuel Chi Epeagba, 53, of Alpharetta and the other driver, Cathy Jones, 50, of Suwanee were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

There were no passengers in either vehicle or witnesses to the collision.

Sgt. Chris Shelton of the  reports the driver of a 2002 Toyota Camry Solara was traveling northbound on Old Alpharetta Road, and for an unknown reason, crossed over into the southbound lane and collided head on with a 2005 Nissan Murano driven by Epeagba.

The collision remains under investigation.
