Motions were being heard Tuesday in the case of Paul Bennett of Cumming, who faces charges in connection with the June deaths of Griffin and Jake Prince of Buford. 

Johns Creek salon owner Bennett was indicted for homicide and boating under the influence in connection with the boating collision on June 18, 2012, that killed the youths.

According to an 11alive report, Bennett's lawyers are trying to get the trial further delayed, after it was already delayed from May.

Meanwhile, WSBTV reports that during the hearing prosecutors played a tape of the night of Bennett's arrest that shows him crying and saying that he left the scene because his diabetic female passenger needed sugar.
