Police Blotter: Thefts, Car Break-In

Here's a sampling of arrests and incidents recently reported by Johns Creek police.

Thefts

On May 29 a homeowner on Morton Bridge Lane reported that he took his lawnmower to the home he is renting out and left it in the garage. When he returned the mower was missing.

On May 31 the manager of Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Jones Bridge Road reported that when an employee arrived that day, he found the rear bay door open and that cash had been stolen from the business. The alarm company stated that the alarm had been deactivated using the complainant's code, which several employees and ex-employees knew.

Vehicle Break-In

On May 24 a resident reported that her iPhone was stolen from her vehicle while she was shopping at on State Bridge Road. She stated that she accidentally left the phone on the front seat of the vehicle with the driver's side window rolled down.
