Blotter: 'Fight Club' Vandalism; Car Break-In Thwarted
The following information was supplied by the Johns Creek Police Department.
Trespassing
On Jan. 17 a resident on Northwick Pass Way told police that when she arrived home she saw someone sitting in the driver's seat of another vehicle owned by the family. She said that as she pulled her vehicle into the driveway, she noticed the suspect, and that when her headlights illuminated the vehicle, the suspect quickly exited the vehicle. The suspect then fled on foot to the side and rear of the home. Nothing appeared to be missing from the vehicle.
On Jan. 21 a resident reported that someone forced their way into his vacant rental property on Rotherick Drive. It appeared the subjects forced their way in by kicking in the bottom half of the garage door window. The subjects lit fireworks in the living room, causing a large amount of smoke in the home. "Fight Club" was also written in black spray paint on one of the walls.

Vehicle Break-In
On Jan. 24 a vehicle on Timson Lane was reported broken into. A tennis bag, tennis rackets and prescription medication were reported stolen.

Thefts
On Jan. 16 a cell phone was reported stolen from an employee at Peerless Book Store.
On Jan. 21 a customer at Life Time Fitness reported his jacket containing a cell phone, wallet and car keys stolen after he left it on an incline bench.
