Police Believe Runaway Johns Creek Teen in Danger

The Silver Ridge subdivision resident was last seen by his mother just before 6 p.m. on Tuesday.

A 15-year-old Johns Creek teen is missing and considered to be endangered, according to the city's police department.

Daniel McPherson was last seen by his mother at 5:50 p.m. on Tuesday at his home in the Silver Ridge subdivision near Taylor and Jones Bridge roads, according to a news release by Doug Nurse, Communications manager for Johns Creek.

He was wearing blue athletic shorts, a navy blue T-shirt and dark blue hi-top shoes. The teen is 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds, has hazel eyes and brown hair.

He's consider a runaway and Johns Creek police are searching for him.
