Missing Johns Creek Teenager Found 'Unharmed'

Daniel McPherson, 15, was located by Alpharetta police late Wednesday evening.

A 15-year-old Johns Creek teenager who was reported missing and believed to be in danger has been found.

Daniel McPherson, who was reported missing on Tuesday by Johns Creek Police Department, was found Wednesday evening by Alpharetta police officers near Kimball Bridge and State Bridge roads.Β 

A concerned citizen reported seeing the teenager at a shopping center in the area. The teenager was "unharmed," said Johns Creek Police Communications Manager Doug Nurse.Β

Johns Creek Police on Tuesday asked residents to be on the lookout for the teen, who was considered a runaway. He was last seen just before 6 p.m. by his mother atΒ his home in the Silver Ridge subdivision near Taylor and Jones Bridge roads.
