Man Arrested for Public Urination Again

The following information was supplied by the Johns Creek Police Department.

On Aug. 11 a Johns Creek Police Officer responded to the store on Haynes Bridge Road following a report of a person urinating in public.

A store employee stated that while walking from her car to the store, she saw a man in the patio area of restaurant look around, put some papers on the ground, unbutton his pants and urinate. He then sat in a chair and looked out into the parking lot.

The employee went into the store and called 911. When the officer arrived, he recognized the suspect from . When the officer approached the suspect, the suspect began to say that he was going to court. He told the officer that he couldn't "hold it" and that he didn't want to "go in his pants."

The officer took the suspect into custody without incident and transported him to the Fulton County Jail.
