Each month the Johns Creek Police Department releases crime and incident statistics from the previous month in its newsletter Cops Connect.

Here are June's numbers as published in the newsletter:

Service calls: 6,516

Car break-ins: 18

Burglaries: 20

DUIs: 21

Traffic accidents: 165

The burglaries occurred at 3719 Old Alabama Road, 5805 State Bridge Road (3), 6955 McGinnis Ferry Road, 9850 Nesbit Ferry Road, Lexington Woods, Prestwick, Foxworth, Woodland Hills, 6005 State Bridge Road, North Peak, River Glen, Chessington Chase, Donamere, Concord Hall, Cameron Crest Farms, Fox Creek, Abbottswell Drive and Hillbrooke.

The car break-ins occurred at  5950 State Bridge Road, 11890 Douglas Road, 11180 Medlock Bridge Road, Saxony Lane, 3150 Old Alabama Road (2), Morton Road, Addison Lane, 3005 Abbottswell Drive, 9500 Medlock Bridge Road, 10820 Abbotts Bridge Road (2), 6325 Hospital Parkway, Abbotts Walk Drive, 11720 Medlock Bridge Road (2), 8465 Holcomb Bridge Road and Brumbelow Road.

According to the newsletter, the top five intersections for vehicle accidents were (1) Old Alabama and Medlock Bridge, (2) Medlock Bridge and State Bridge, (3) Medlock Bridge and Abbotts Bridge, (4) Medlock Bridge and Medlock Crossing, and (5) Jones Bridge and Old Alabama.
