There was a music festival this weekend starting Thursday the 19th (day he went missing) and ending this morning Sunday the 22nd at 2am. This festival is in Live Oak, Florida and is called Wanee Festival. This is a long shot, but perhaps he ran off to go to this festival and/or something similar? I am a 22 year old college student and know of many people (older and younger) who have gone off for an adventure like that. Perhaps he left his jeep at a friends house and hitched a ride to the festival. Hoping he returns soon and that none of his friends are withholding any information- maybe he is just too scared/embarrassed at the moment to contact anyone.

I agree - prayers help, but we need some info on where he may have been headed/hiking - ie: what are his fav hiking trails/areas, did he leave trip plans, cell phone activity/location, anything to narrow the search.

The prayers for Davis are being prayed around the world. Several things could have happened. With the Spring vegetation, a car could slide off the road and be very difficult to see. I pray Monday morning will bring his family news that he is safe and his way home.

We are praying for Davis right here in Johns Creek... 'Forget yourself. God’s help will surely come! When you call on the Mercy of God waiting to reinforce you, your strength will be tenfold.' ~‘Abdu’l-Bahá, Baha'i Writings

Praying is the only way people in Japan, Canada, South Africa, etc can help. They are offering their support in the only way they know how. Locally, we do need more information which seems minimal and slow to come out. I've heard he likes the outdoors, hiking, water, and may be in the Oconee, Lake Lanier or similar areas. His Jeep is gone so the presumption is he has it. He seems to be a runaway, but even runaways can get hurt or get into a tough situation they were unprepared for. Even if he meant to leave he is a wanted and loved child who needs to be found. God bless him, his family and all supporters.

Has anyone contacted the GBI? Seems like they would have the most comprehensive plan for finding a missing person. I've put the word out to my teenage grandkids and all their friends via my fb page. The more eyes looking, the better. We will all also be praying.
