JC Police Blotter: Egging, Employee Theft

Here's a sampling of arrests and incidents recently reported by Johns Creek police. None of the persons named have been convicted of a crime.

Thefts

On April 10 a resident on Craftsman Street reported that an envelope that was mailed to her and supposed to contain an iPhone she ordered online arrived open and empty.

On April 11 police charged a  employee with misdemeanor theft by taking after the store's loss prevention officer reported that the employee undercharged a friend at the register.

On April 13 a customer at  reported that her iPod was stolen from her bag while she was working out.

On April 14 a resident on Laurel Way reported that his house had been egged for the third time in three months. The resident stated that on a previous occasion he chased two kids away from his home and both ran into woods leading into the Citadella neighborhood.

Vehicle Break-Ins

On March 29 three vehicles were reported broken into while parked on Caswyck Trace. A GPS unit, a stereo head unit, amplifier and took kit were reported stolen.

On April 14 a vehicle parked at was reported broken into. A Coach purse that was left on the floorboard and containing credit and debit cards was reported stolen.
