Johns Creek High On Lockdown Friday Morning

Schools on alert while shooting suspect apprehended.

Update, Friday, April 12, 10:30 a.m.:

According to Lt. Chris Byers with the Johns Creek Police Department, the school lockdown occurred after a shooting at a nearby residence, "just a couple of driveways down."

A man and woman were in a vehicle in the driveway, got into an argument, and the woman shot the man in the upper body. The man was transported to the hospital, where he is thought to be in good condition.
