Crime Report: DUI Arrests, Shoplifting, Counterfeiting and More

Johns Creek Police responded to 29 crimes that occurred in the community within a four-day period including four traffic arrests.

The following is a listing of reported police activity for Dec. 9 - 13, 2013 for the city of Johns Creek. The list includes two home burglaries.

Simple Assault/Battery
1 case was reported on Dec. 9 at 9:11 p.m.

Home Burglary - Forced Entry
1 case was reported on Dec. 9 at 11:04 p.m.

Home Burglary - No Forced Entry
2 cases were reported: Dec. 12 at 4:13 p.m., Dec. 14 at 3:52 p.m.

Shoplifting
1 case was reported on Dec. 10 at 9:23 p.m.

Theft from Building
1 case was reported on Dec. 9 at 10:21 a.m.

Other Thefts
1 case was reported on Dec. 10 at 3:45 p.m.

Counterfeiting
1 case was reported on Dec. 12 at 11:07 a.m.

Fraud by Impersonation
2 cases were reported: Dec. 9 at 2:53 p.m., Dec. 13 at 4:16 p.m.

Fraud - Illegal Use of Credit Card
2 cases were reported: Dec. 9 at 5:15 p.m, Dec. 12 at 5:17 p.m.

Possession of Marijuana
2 cases were reported: Dec. 11 at 22:45 p.m., Dec. 12 at 6:21 p.m.

Obstructing Justice
1 case was reported on Dec. 12 at 6:21 p.m.

Driving Under Influence of Alcohol (DUI)
1 case was reported on Dec. 12 at 6:21 p.m.

Traffic Arrest
4 arrests were made: Dec. 11 at 6:23 a.m., Dec. 12 at 1:17 p.m., Dec. 12 at 10:25 p.m. and Dec. 13 at 1:52 a.m.

Criminal Trespass
1 case was reported on Dec. 13 at 3:06 p.m.

Hit and Run
4 cases were reported: Dec. 10 at 10:32 p.m., Dec. 11 at 3:48 p.m., Dec. 11 at 6:52 p.m. and Dec. 12 at 2:52 p.m. 

Damaged or Lost City Property
1 case was reported on Dec. 10 at 5:41 a.m.

Lost & Mislaid Property
2 cases were reported: Dec. 9 at 10:17 a.m. and Dec. 12 at 10:46 a.m.

Wanted Person Located
1 case was reported on Dec. 11 at 2:08 p.m.
