Bar Fight Results in Disorderly Conduct Charge

One of the officers assisting with the above drug call heard yelling coming from the front door of Jeffrey's, and saw an "obviously intoxicated" man push another man and then punch him.

The officer pointed his taser at the man, ordered him on the ground and placed him in handcuffs. The officer stated that the man smelled of alcohol, had slurred speech and was unsteady on his feet.

The officer stated that the man became irate and attempted to spit on the officers. One of the officers then pulled the man's shirt over his head to prevent him from spitting, and the man then kicked two of the officers. Before the officers could get the man into the car to transport him to the Fulton County Jail in Alpharetta, the man urinated on himself while sitting on the sidewalk.

The man, a 22-year-old Johns Creek resident, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct.
